- Completed the construction of Phase I of the production plant in Hai Duong Province, Vietnam, with a gross floor area of approximately 73,000 sq. m.
- Entered into a joint venture agreement with Brandix Lanka Limited.

- Completed the construction of Phase VI of the production plant in Machong Town, Dongguan City, with a gross floor area of approximately 35,000 sq. m.
2015
- Entered into a joint venture with Top Form International Limited, a company listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (stock code: 333).
2014
- Successfully listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 23 May 2014
- Completed the construction of Phase V of the production plant in Machong Town, Dongguan City, with a gross floor area of approximately 35,000 sq. m.

- Launched lace products

- Established Dongguan New Horizon Elastic Fabric Company Limited, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company in the PRC, and launched elastic webbing products

- Completed the construction of Phase II of the production plant in Machong Town, Dongguan City, with a gross floor area of approximately 31,000 sq. m.

- Commenced operation at the Company’s production plant in Machong Town, Dongguan City, with a gross floor area of approximately 24,000 sq. m.
